Setup

  1. Place the balls of the feet securely on the platform.
  2. Use support and keep knees softly straight.

Execution

  1. Rise through the big toe and pause at the top.
  2. Lower heels under control to a comfortable stretch.

Feel and control

  • Tall at the top
  • Whole forefoot
  • Slow stretch

Avoid

  • Bouncing
  • Rolling ankles outward
  • Using a tiny range
BREATHING

Exhale as you rise; inhale as you lower.

TEMPO

2 seconds up, 1 second pause, 3 seconds down

SAFETY

Hold a stable support and avoid an aggressive stretch.
