Setup
- Set the bench to a low incline.
- Bring dumbbells to shoulder level with feet planted.
Execution
- Press slightly inward without clashing the weights.
- Lower until the elbows reach a comfortable depth.

Avoid
- Bench set too steep
- Flaring elbows hard
- Bouncing from the bottom

Exhale on the press; inhale on the descent.
