Setup
- Stand tall with light dumbbells or a low cable.
- Keep elbows softly bent and shoulders relaxed.
Execution
- Raise arms out and slightly forward to about shoulder height.
- Lower slowly without resting between repetitions.

Avoid
- Swinging
- Shrugging early
- Raising far above shoulder height
BREATHING
Exhale while raising; inhale while lowering.
