- Position the cable low or hold one dumbbell securely.
- Brace the trunk and point elbows forward.
Execution
- Extend the elbows without flaring them widely.
- Lower until a comfortable triceps stretch.

- Overarching the back
- Flaring elbows
- Using excessive depth

Exhale on extension; inhale on the return.
